The ER is a joke and the staff is rude and unwelcoming for anyone with health care needs they do as little as possible just enough for you to get out of their ER so that they can go back to chatting and drinking coffe I would suggest going to any other ER then this one

Very bad service as my wife delivered a baby in December 2018 but unfortunately we faced a very bad experience with them as they are not honest at all and we discovered after 1 month from gave us all the invoices that there is a hidden expenses no one never told us with a second part so I don’t recommend anyone to go there .
They deleted my last one review… Seriously, if you value your life WHATSOEVER do NOT go here. They will screw up all of your billing and they don’t even care about how you actually feel… Worst. Place. Ever
why does it need to take so long for covid results? 7-9 days? seriously? most places get the test results back in 3 days tops.
Brought my child here, could not get her checked in because children are no longer allowed in the hospital due to covid restrictions.

Terrible perscription delivery service. Visiting family in Arizona and needed my medication. Couldn’t get it before my visit because of federal regulation. If you need your meds ASAP, have family pick up and ship priority.
Went in for a bad kidney infection and sent in a urine sample. It had been 2 hours with no nurse to check in and no results. Literally just walked out because I couldn’t handle waiting. I feel sorry for the people who are actually having an emercency
Awesome experience. The doctors an nurses are so quick and I am usually done with annual check ups in less than 45mins with everything checked out.
The doctors have there noses in the air, treat you like your an idiot. The older ER Dr was a sweetheart, and the nursing staff where Angels.

I called and talk to a phone nurse and was told I needed to go in to a doctor as soon as possible because of my symptoms. So I cleared my schedule so that I could go in. When I saw the doctor they literally told me there was nothing they could do and said “I don’t know what you want from me”. Unbelievable.
It’s genuinely difficult to find a less competent group of “professionals.” Brought someone to the ER and their evaluation was essentially that there was nothing they could do and would need to go somewhere else. This was for an airway issue. For your safety and the safety of others, please don’t go here!
The emergency department is fantastic, great staff and quick but thorough care. Talking to anyone on the phone is a joke though. I’ve been placed on hold for twenty minutes only to be hung up on repeatedly on different days at different times of the day.
