Unprofessional office. I had an appointment for a routine eye exam. I even confirmed the appt the prior day. When I got to the office , the desk staff informed me that my Doctor was out of the country. I went out of my way to make this appt and was treated with complete disrespect. went for second opinion with another retinal specialist after diagnosis made at Hudson Valley Associates and surgery recommended. was completely misdiagnosed and retinal vein occlusion as well as several blood spots never even mentioned. Surgery would not have corrected anything and the diagnosis was incorrect.
