  1. Nice people but city raised fees so high on everything there’s no way to afford to build Huntington a future at all.. let alone the people’s future that taxes pays for it

  2. Called at 4:15 to ask a question regarding my service (they were supposed to come today and never did) and the phone lines were saying they are closed 15 minutes before they are supposed to be. Terrible customer service.

  12. If you’re looking for fines, fees and lining the pockets of your local politicians then look no further! Will charge you exorbitant rates on a very low cost bill while companies pay them to dump chemicals in your water.

  13. They are the worst utility company in Huntington. There is no way to setup autopay. Online payments are extremely unreliable and they close at 4:30 pm daily. I work a night shift job so it is very difficult to make it in prior to that time. It is 2016 get your act together you worthless piles of grabage.

  15. Excellent customer service if you have the outrageous amounts they are charging you to keep your water on or else they’ll cut it off and the water company can’t even touch it. It’s like they hold your water hostage in this city..

  33. Terrible account management. Constantly sending cancellation notices after payment has been made. Phone is always busy so you have to go in person to attempt to resolve issues. Online service isn’t much better. Must have your account number to access it. But if you are at work or out of town you’re basically screwed.
