Huxley Communications said I have a weak router. The person I talk to said I could pick one up at the office. I have their interest service. The router would be approx $125.00 with me installing it.
they keep switching things around so your mileage may vary on what you get. they are about twice as expensive as competitors but they have a captive market
This could be the worst internet I have had! Can’t even stream tv shows or movies without it buffering every 30 seconds to a minute. I do a test to see how many mbps I’m getting and most of the time it is 9 or less.
Fast and reliable internet (fiber-to-home). So much better than dsl, satellite or cable internet.

Their service is crap. Internet cuts in and out. Cable channels are fuzzy. HD channels come in scrambled, if at all. Customer service is lacking. Tech support is of no help. Unfortunately, it’s the only option in Kelley.

I will have to say even Mediacom has better internet service…always buffering and when you are watching TV it keeps freezing specially during peak hours! Extremely frustrating and dissatisfied with the whole thing. Hopefully they can get it together and update the quality of internet service.

I’ve been using their internet service for 5 months and I’ve had no issues regarding speed or downtime. They were helpful during installation. Now that they have increased their network speeds, I feel that they are much more competitive with other internet providers. I also feel better supporting a local company.
