I lost an arm off my glasses and they were able to fix it. They also fixed the nose pads. Their service truly is amazing.
The owner personally called me to ensure that all my needs as a customer were met. After my previous negative review, the fact that he cared enough to call me and talk with me for over a half hour after business hours shows me that he truly does care. Adjustments on some of my glasses by some of the staff very lack luster. Some act very put out. Waited before posting this to see if things changed, can say I’m disappointed.

I was greeted by friendly, curious receptionist . Waited around 5 minutes then taken to a room for some test. Within 15 minutes I was being checked by my eye doctor. Dr. Sanders let me know the reason for the fog in my right eye. (Cataract) She prescribe a temporary lens, till I can get a appointment to have my eye repaired

These guys are awesome. I am not a patient with them, but whenever I have had to get my glasses straigtened or repaired they’ve done it for me. They usually make it a priority even though I’m sure they have other patients with appointment. I am definitely buying my next pair of glasses from them
