  21. Impossible to get a response from anyone. Signed up for pay by plate. 2 months later I have a $400. Fine for unpaid tolls. I wrote an message to them and got a response if we will contact you within 48 hours. That was Sunday. It is now Thursday. Just a wonderful scheme to get more money out of people.
