Impossible to get a response from anyone. Signed up for pay by plate. 2 months later I have a $400. Fine for unpaid tolls. I wrote an message to them and got a response if we will contact you within 48 hours. That was Sunday. It is now Thursday. Just a wonderful scheme to get more money out of people.
Don’t bother contacting them. They can’t tell you why your transponder worked on some tolls but not others. If you got more than 5 video toll charges in a day, they charge your account at cash rate. The response I got from them is an automated response. Useless lazy people

They should have a line for exchange only, alot of people disputing their accounts witch is time consuming. Simple trades are quick!
