Slowest Internet ive ever had!! Never works. Gets cut off for weeks and they dont credit u for the days! Just awefull service!!!! Super Expensive!
We have had it for a few years and it was doing good but here recently it goes off quite a bit and stays off for hours at at time. It is very frustrating when you are watching something and can’t finish it.
Customer service is never in the office, and their speeds are too expensive compared to other internet providers. This is just one of those internet services that you get just because there’s nothing better that you can get.
Very slow internet. Also the if you have more than 2 Devises in the house on wifi, the internet is super laggy. Goes out randomly for hours, but sometimes days. Worst/slowest internet I’ve ever had to use.

I live in the middle of nowhere, and my speed is AWESOME. I was very skeptical at 1st, but wow is it fast. Bryson our service tech answered all my wife’s questions, and did a great, CLEAN install. Also found out both my neighbors have the service as well and love it. Great job, thank you!!!

I’ve never had ANY problems paying my bill during working hours, they are always very polite. The wifi is decent, it lags sometimes on the games but for the most part it isn’t bad. I just wish they had a 24 hour help line. If it goes out on the weekend, then who do you contact?
