This place is horrible! Avoid them. First they said I didnāt choice the 26th of each month for the automatic payments to come out. Then claimed they āfixed itā and I would just have to make the first payment manually. Then the second month ā¦
Unprofessional always have an attitude on the phone. If you don’t like your job then quit. It’s simple, you guys sound miserable on the phone you should make a change in your lives because obviously this job is not meant for you.
I must say I never experience anything bad from this company. They actually work with you even if you late. Customer service are very professional and friendly. I been with them for 3 years and I must say they are great!

Wanted to refinance our vehicle that we have through them to lower the payments a little. Had to call 3 times and ask to speak to someone else in financing because the gentleman who runs it wouldn’t return my calls. Then the lady I spoke to ā¦

Have abysmal credit, was financed on a very nice 07 bmw 335i. Defaulted several times.. They always had the courtesy to call you before making drastic decisions. They’re not out to get you. Just dont avoid their contact attempts. Managed to pay it off today.

Got a loan thru these guys. Paid on time, every month for a whole 2 years before my car got totalled. Had GAP insurance and full coverage on my vehicle. Loan was completely paid off. The loan was for 10k. ā¦

I found IAC very accomodating. I needed a payment due date change and it was no problem at all. They also answer emails very quickly and it is easy to make payments on line. The only negative is that there is a fee to pay on line. Everyone I dealt with was professional and pleasant.
Cece has been there for me even though my roughest times you know how many times my car would have been towed if I didn’t have her by my side. She’s the best I’m blessed to have had her has my car agent. Cece does a good job by this company ā¦
