We filed a claim on Nov. 12, 2020 and we are getting the run around from their team in Raleigh. Very unprofessional and we are dropping these guys as soon as we close this claim out.

Hands down the worse insurance experience. Yes, they are cheap but that’s for a reason! Take my advice, go with State Farm or so I wish I had!
