  2. I’ve had nothing, but friendly and professional service at IC. If the tellers can’t get what you want/need, then the managers go out of their way to get it done.

  5. I have a car loan through IC Federal Credit Union. It was a big mistake. The employee who handles my account is grumpy and answers my questions in grunts. The on-line payment system used to make monthly payments is convoluted and awkard. From my experience, there is nothing to recommend about this credit union.

  7. I am a long time customer of the Credit Union and lately I have experienced a steady decline in the quality of the customer service. Even assistant branch managers are unable to accommodate a transaction that deviates slightly from routine. I am very disappointed.
