If you’re a vendor DO NOT do any work for this company! They left our company with over $8k in unpaid invoices. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU INTEND ON WORKING FOR FREE!
Don’t believe any of the “5-star” reviews they post themselves as a way of damage limitation in response to the countless real BAD reviews. I’ve had almost 2 years of dealing with them and believe me, all of the bad reviews on here ring 100% true.

Unbelievably unprofessional. We had a showing for which the agent showed up disheveled an hour late. No apology or anything then asked if we would do a double showing with another couple…in the middle of covid! We walked away and she didn’t even seem to care. What a disaster.

My security deposit was returned in full. Staff were courteous and fairly responsive to problems. I do not regret leasing from Icon.
