All of the people here are really awesome. They genuinely care about u n ur well being. They take time to talk to u, but they do u one better by actually listening to u n addressing ur concerns. Shauna n Dr. Sumer ROCK!!!!
Worst doctors office ever. Don’t do anything to help a person. Do drug test after getting out of hospital and then say certain meds not in system which is untrue. Very disappointed with care. Don’t suggest any person going to them.
I would give a zero if possible. Tonya Dennison NP was very rude to my husband. She questioned Dr. Gumm’s decision to take my husband off of a cardiac medication. She asked my husband if I his wife is making all of his decisions now. She is very rude. Condescending and could really use some more education.
Still trying to get some health stuff figured out I’ve been going through lately. But over all, the vest place around in service and manners. The nurses are great I’ve seen so far, (Katie and shauna). Still tryn to find a solution but great place!
Can’t say enough good things about this office!! Everyone is wonderful. I’m currently being seen by NP Katie; but, every care provider has been incredible.
Called three times to make a very short appointment, first I got blindly transferred to an answering machine because there were no “providers” in the office that week. Never got a call back, called again two days later and got told I’d get …
I just love provider Cody Beer. I have been his patient for the past couple of years and he has taken care of multiple issues during that time. He is thorough in testing, diagnosing, and treating every medical problem. He is so smart, attentive and kind. I am so grateful for him.
Can’t say enough good about this doctor and staff. We moved here about 1& months ago and it’s been years since a doctor actually returned a call after hours. Kudos for actually caring about your patients!
Dr Sumer and the entire ICPR staff were amazing! Everyone was very friendly and I felt like they cared about me and my health. I would absolutely recommend!
I see Cody Beer as my provider. He’s awesome. When you call the phone number, you’re talking to the actual office, unlike OSF that puts you on hold for an hour at a call center. I dropped OSF & have never looked back.

The staff and physicians are all wonderful and caring people. I have never had a problem! They always answer my calls when needed!
