I decided to use Ideal based on these reviews and the poor service of everyone else I called. Ideal turned out to be great, showed up when they said, did the work they said, called when they were suppose to. They were head and shoulders above any other company I called in Suffolk county.

we had an issue with our hot water heater. the guys from Ideal came right away, and in the process of taking care of the issue found a larger one, and fixed it on the spot.
