Two separate transactions, stealing Over $100 out of my account, and nobody is willing to help. To lazy to do the leg work for me so I have to, and no guarantee I’ll even get my money back, my old bank would have backed me up in a heartbeat with out so much as a single hesitation!
Took my curtosy pay away and told me it’s not necessary to inform customersa of this change. I was charged over 230$ in fees and they don’t care to fix it. Incredibly frustrating and defeating after just getting back to work from an extended maternity leave with my twins..

Do not attempt to work with them on a auto loan, if you need help, they will not lower. They guaranteed my payment would be no higher than my last auto loan because I’m on low income. Would give zero stars if I could. Had an auto loan as the dealership stated they had the best rate at the time. If we had known how difficult every step of the process would be we’d taken a higher rate. From getting automatic payments setup to paying off the loan was like banking in the dark ages.
