I recently stayed at the Atlanta IHG Crowne Plaza location. The beds were clean and I thoroughly checked them by lifting the sheets. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but it did have a strange odor. It was overpowering but there was an odor. Overall I had a great experience and I would return.
I had been wanting to stay at this hotel since I visited a friend who was staying there a few years ago. I traveled alone and was able to get some time to myself at the bar and outdoor park area. The Crowne Plaza is a must stay if you are in north Atlanta. The location, cleanliness, and amenities are great. The restaurant food is only ok though. Overall, worth the price and you will feel relaxed and refreshed during and after your stay.
Stayed for a birthday weekend getaway – the junior suite was comfortable and cozy – the hotel was still nice and quiet even though they were hosting several events that weekend- my only con would be to streamline the check in process to go quicker and smoother
Clean hotel, friendly staff, nice decor and convenience made our stay perfect. The restaurant in the hotel was affordable and tasty too! The only con to staying here is that parking isn’t free, but that’s to be expected about anywhere in the Atlanta metro area.
My stay here was very pleasant. I stay here for work when I am in the Atlanta area. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. I was put on the 15th floor as an upgrade but ended up needing to walk down all those stairs when a fire alarm went off by accident.
We booked this hotel for the indoor pool. Stay here every time for that reason. It was beyond freezing. No use in saying anything because it would not have had time to heat up. I just wish the website would have mentioned it wasn’t as warm as advertised so I could have stayed somewhere else.
This was my first stay at this property, although I regularly stay at IHG hotels. The hotel was well equipped and convenient. The only recommendation I have is that the fitness center could benefit from a bit more equipment. However, I was able to complete my normal workout with slight variations.
Overall stay was awesome, food and drinks were great overall cleanliness of the hotel was great, parking was easy and access to restaurants and stores was perfect. I would stay here again if I had a reason to come back.

My stay here was very pleasant. I stay here for work when I am in the Atlanta area. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. I was put on the 15th floor as an upgrade but ended up needing to walk down all those stairs when a fire alarm went off by accident.
We booked this hotel for the indoor pool. Stay here every time for that reason. It was beyond freezing. No use in saying anything because it would not have had time to heat up. I just wish the website would have mentioned it wasn’t as warm as advertised so I could have stayed somewhere else.
This was my first stay at this property, although I regularly stay at IHG hotels. The hotel was well equipped and convenient. The only recommendation I have is that the fitness center could benefit from a bit more equipment. However, I was able to complete my normal workout with slight variations.
Overall stay was awesome, food and drinks were great overall cleanliness of the hotel was great, parking was easy and access to restaurants and stores was perfect. I would stay here again if I had a reason to come back.

Great place for events and for lodging. The rooms have usb connections which are very useful. The room was clean and housekeeping was nice. In the lobby they have a somewhat overpriced shop but they have a fountain to fill water bottles. The forest out back is a nice place to walk around during night time.
