They forgot to pick up recycling 2 weeks in a row and all together a total of 4x in the last few months we’ve had them. I switched to Illini Recycling to support the local business but sadly, it’s a disappointment. We just switched back to Repbulic, services are better overall.
I have now used Illini Recycling since 2017. I have contacted their customer service a few times (both email and phone) for billing inquires and special pickups. They have always been quick to respond and very friendly. I highly recommend this business.
I have been using Illini Recycling Service for years and I’ve never been disappointed! They provide excellent service. They have always been happy to help when I’ve called. And they keep us informed of any issues or changes in service on Facebook.
