Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The billing department was so RUDE! It took them a year to send be a bill, and then they tried to charge me a late fee. I will never do business with them again.
Why in the world would you say you’re open for business at 8:00 am but the answering service says you don’t take calls for business until 9:00! So in your professional opinion would it be fair thi say you don’t open until 9:00!

Let me say this..i got hurt on the job and they gave me a wheelchair that is being charged to me instead of my employer and i have been waiting for a walker for two weeks because of their mistakes not mine. They are jeopardizing my recovery and im the one that is paying for it.

We got a CPAP machine for my daughter and they didn’t have a mask small enough so they said they’d order one and it be delivered to my home in a week. 3 weeks later we still have no mask and everytime I call I get transferred to a machine or nobody answers the phone at all.
Horrid billing procedures. Expect random charges to show up on your account without ever receiving any form of invoice whatsoever. Then when you call its just well that’s why we keep the card on file.
