This lab went above and beyond for me! I had a test that needed to be completed and I was fasting, I was turned away by another lab.

I had a bill due and I called 3 of their billing numbers. I need to talk to a actually person, because I had some difficulties with the payment. Luckily I called their customer service number and they helped me quickly. What normal takes a half hour took only 10 minutes. And thank you to the two young women for being so helpful! 🙂
I am being charged $369.00 to have one mole looked at. This is crazy, American health care is broken! Thank god the dermatologist only sent in one sample.
