This company is a joke, horrible staffing. Lack of communication. That amada lady and Nancy who’s in charge of insurance Billings have the most horrible attitude problems ever and I don’t understand how they’re still working there. Never ever getting supplies from here.
This is a company that is dedicated to providing the best care possible for medically complex, ventilator-dependent patients. Staff treat each other like family and everyone is passionate about the mission. Great place to work.
This company has not been able to adequately cover nursing for my granddaughter who is on a ventilator. They make promises but they don’t keep them. If you can’t cover an area, just say so.
IPI is a wonderful company who cares deeply about providing the best care out there for their patients and their families. Highly recommend for anyone in need of skilled home nursing!!!
Inefficient staffing…lack of concern for the family members who are struggling to keep their patient out of hospital by providing them with home care nurses. They leave you hanging for full 12 hour shifts by not supplying the nurse staff. The CEO of this company needs to be held accountable for his poorly managed company.
Excellent education preparation for nurses. 24/7 on call support for patients, families, and nurses. Long-term care in the home for adult and pediatric patients with complex medical and respiratory needs. IPI patients utilize all of our nurse’s skills and keep you critically thinking to prevent them from going back to the hospital!
