There is nothing you can find that this insurance actually covers. No places accept independent health.
This place is awful denied my surgery had to appeal.. then they drag the feet when you need special tests done .. now they deny another surgery my son needs. They don’t care about the welfare of your health .

Great for kids within your group. Website seems to always be down when i try and access my account… Left this year because premiums became too much to bear.
If I was not covered by this company may not be alive. They have always but once given me everything that I needed. I find the agents more than helpful and they are always pleasant and willing to help.
Horrible customer service. It’s great that my employer was saving money when we switched from BCBS, although I would have paid the few extra bucks to at least have half way informed reps answer the phone.
After speaking with customer service on the phone. I can see why they have consistently low reviews.

I’m proud to work for this company, which is full of intelligent, idealistic people. You wouldn’t necessarily expect that in a health insurance company, but there it is. There is constant work on improving the healthcare system.
