Have been out of meds because ILA refuses to call back or answer pharmacy. Called and left message and I was ignored. Called again today at 4 and they were”closed” even though the hours say they are open until 5. When I have another heart attack, I guess I know who to have my family sue!

The office staff are very helpful & friendly. Never have had a bad experience with my visit’s. Amber Queen is very professional & she takes time to answer any questions & concerns I may have. Also, the staff are prompt on returning my phone calls. ♥️
If you want to feel ‘processed’ this is the place to come. Got different doc than requested. He kept looking at watch during appt. Did not review previous tests with me. It’s a clinic and cannot request doc you get whoever free no continuity with same doc for future appt. I quit!

This office used to be very good. However I have not had any assistance with getting my cpap. I need a PA from them. I politely call every day. Only to get a voicemail. And no return calls. I would have given a 5 star review. However I find they are unable to perform all there duties. Very dissatisfied. And will file a grievance.

the phone system is horrible….the PA and Dr Emelgraby are nice, but you can never get through on the phone system….
Very thorough, listens and reacts. Has always taken very good care of me and my wife.
Just switch to this provider and very pleased from the office staff to Dr they are very caring helpful and the Dr listens and explains everything
