What could we do about the Indiana water company and it’s high rates and its terrible customer service we had our water on for 2 weeks and theres only two people live here and we have a 185 dollar water bill
Is there any way to get different service in Homer City, these guys are absolutely terrible, money gouging business. If there were competition in the area, they would be out of business. Just like anything else, once it become regulated and not a free market, the prices sky rocket and customer service is TERRIBLE!

I had a totally different experience today from the ones posted. Savannah was extremely pleasant, helpful and professional with my questions. She even said to have a pleasant vacation as we ended our conversation.
Very rude! Very expensive! Wish there was another water company that we could use. They never give your deposit back like it states in paper work a year after service you can use it towards your bill. Absolutely worse bill to pay!
I’ve never paid so much for water. I live alone and my bill is over $80. At my previous place outside of Indiana my bill was never over $40. Very upsetting .

One person, ensuring less than 1000 gallon usage and my bill is easily 100 month.
