Indiana Eye Clinic did an absolutely fantastic job on my chalazion surgery. I was taken back to the operating rooms as soon as I walked in the door. Dr. Barina and her team were all so friendly and professional. They were careful with my eyelid and the whole surgery went by quickly. More than satisfied.

The doctors and nurses take very good care of me, they explain every step and all instructions in detail and they,re very personable… I recommend them to everyone!

Doctors are very good, Ratchet trained the nurses however. Had to drop it to a 1. The check out was just poorly done and had to drop the rating.
Horrible customer service. Waits are incredibly long. We’ve been here for 50 minute this time and still sitting here waiting to see someone. We have tried for two years here and nothing but frustration with them so we are going elsewhere. If you have the patience to wait for hours then this is the place for you.
Took 2 hours for a routine check up and ordering contacts. Saw 5 different people and waited between each.
A good place to get your glasses. Maybe a little on the expensive side but they are fast, efficient, and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need and don’t want. The ruggedly handsome Jason really knows what he’s doing!

Great doctors but be prepared to spend two to three hours every time you have an appointment. Very poor scheduling desk they don’t value your time at all.

Some of the staff act as if they are doing you a favor. I actually heard one staffer on the tx being very rude to a person SHE CALLED to re-schedule an appointment….ummm no. Not the first time I have felt that the staff was rude to and short with patients.
