Horrible customer service, they claim that they didn’t receive important legal
documentation that was send to there company on back in August. BS, when you attempt to advise the reps of anything they think they know everything, want let u get a word out and have the nerve to have an attitude.
This Establishment is a joke… I Tried calling their listed phone number several time’s concerning a billing discrepancy but, to no avail, i get no response….. I have yet to speak to anyone for that mstter.
If I could rate it a negative 10, I would. You practice deceptive billing processes and you violated my ADA rights. I am filing an official complaint with the DOJ along with seeking legal help to stop you. You are a disgrace to the medical field.
