Discriminatory practices. Employees are not allowed to remove mask for hard of hearing to lip read as per state mandate. Arrogant attitudes as a result of monopoly in the community
Worst staff in mobile. Took my wife in the back and left her there. She was sent to the er for a procedure and they had no clue what she was there for. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone. My animals vet has more compassion than they do. To much drama from the staff talking about management or lack of.
I went to the Saraland Infirmary as emergency. Ask to use bathroom. They said no and gave me a pan and made me stay in a bed. I could not stop dry heaving. Next problem, urination. I ll die before seeking their help. The nurse was mean as hell.
I see the other posts talking about discrimination. I’m not sure that’s true. I think 90% of their staff is just genuinely lazy. I came here for an ablasion, not that serious of a procedure. Next thing I know I’m back less than a week …
Dr Sahawneh has cancelled 4 appts of mine due to “emergencies”. There is not a dr in Mobile that is that important. All he cares about is money and does not care about his patients at all. DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET BETTER!!
