They charge outrageous prices for the same item you can get from Walmart for one fifth the cost.
Rude. Unorganized. Lied about insurance’s and doctor’s faxes and calls. Billing errors at no fault to the customer.
Very friendly and worked with me to get what supplies I needed on the multiple times I needed help. Worked with me on payment schedule (on what insurance didn’t cover).
Everything I’ve gotten from here was great and the staff was very helpful good plce to go if you need medical equipment.
I dealt with them twice and have had no problem. They were courteous and helpful both times.
The ladies were so helpful to me and so nice!!! I needed my cpap card read and faxed for work ASAP and they did everything. Thank you so very much ladies.

Just received a bill for the J-Brace I purchased from them after they received payment from my Insurance. The total cost from them was $161! My insurance paid $45, which seems like a reasonable price since Amazon sells similar ones for less than $60!

They are the worst. First guy gave wrong info on machine. Didn’t find out it was wrong til 5 days later. 2nd machine broke. They took no responsibility for any of this and first guy lied about what he told us. They have no lists for costs of machines. NEVER will I use them again.
