Extremely slow!! Waited at drive thru for nearly 10mins before someone even came to start working. Inside or out always seems to be only one teller working lobby as well as drive thru.
Wait 10 min before anyone comes to you in the drive thru then another 10 min for them to do your transaction. Then they dont even apologize for the wait…Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been coming to this bank for almost 20 years and now I just wanna leave.
It would be NICE to have deposit envelopes and slips available at the ATM or upgrade the ATM for cash and check deposits like all other credit unions, so we don’t need them envelopes or slips.
