We have now had three service disruptions over a three week period. This is absolutely unacceptable when we are trying to run a law firm. There is no followup to tickets that are opened, and no communication regarding expected resolution.

Customer service is great! There was no waiting, I wasn’t sure who exactly I needed to speak with, I explained to the receptionist what I was trying to accomplish and she connected me to a friendly and knowledgable representative that handled my request right away.
