You can’t count on them to file the insurance right, because the second time I went for the exact same thing it costed me three times as much. When I called to tell them they filed it wrong they argued with me. So, I paid it, and I’m not going back. The doctor was just ok – nothing special.

I took my son in the day after Thanksgiving. It was packed, but I was in and out within an hour. The office and exam rooms were clean and having a tv tuned to cartoons in the exam room helped the wait not seem so long (especially for my son).

I got there in terrible pain, possible kidney infection, was given an injection of Toradol, WHICH i had to ask for, was told it would help in 30 minutes, NOT!!!! That was on Monday and ithis s Friday. I stayed in horrible pain for 3 days!!!! I’m 65 years old, no reason for me to suffer that bad at my age.

I was charged for a co-pay when I should not have been, I have attempted three times to get a refund from them and twice they told me it was being processed and another time no one has reached back out.
