I was treated like a criminal here. They ACCUSED ME OF FRAUD on a legitimate check and actually called the person who wrote it to me. Despicable, outrageous harassment. Should be shut down.
Been using Interbank on a loan for about 10 years. Had some bumps in the road when it was time to renew my loan and they reported to my credit that I was delinquent when that wasn’t the case. They did agree it was bank error and corrected it.
People are rude. I went in once to attempt to open an account with a check from my employer. And went in another time to cash a check tied to an existing account that they have cashed before at least 4 times and they wouldn’t do it.
I’ve had such great luck with this bank. They’re all amazing and helpful people. Lucky to have found a smaller bank so I don’t have to deal with the uber-massive corporate places with no soul.
Slow tellers. I sit on hold for long periods of time finally needing to hang up and just call them again. Poorly ran bank and will be closing my account to open another with a more customer friendly bank. DO NOT open an account here. Save your time/energy.
