We live in the Nineveh Township area and have Century Link. We switched to ICI and haven’t regretted it since, they also have an amazing first responder/ military discount. Internet is super fast and reliable. We have 30mb and stream out TV service along with kids playing video games and still no issues.
Nothing about it is good it’s constantly going down over priced and when it’s down they don’t know why. We have been with them for awhile now and they’re awful
Just for clarification, I just seen why I believe I was accused of leaving a negative review on previous conversations with ICI. There is a reviewer by the name of Don Price that left the review, not me.
Customer service was very well rounded and polite
Installation was executed immediately and precisely
Service is slightly better than what was promised
They were very accommodating and friendly. They were prompt with communication and great customer service. Glad we chose to go with them! Highly recommend!
I dont live in franklin, but I hear reports of strange frequencies being picked up from this place late at night, as well as some sightings of strange, black figures moving around at night. Not sure about this one guys! maybe that’s why the speeds are so low. Who’s to say
We have used this company for several years now and have been very happy with the service. I can’t speak for the potential customer who had problems, but it has not been my experience. We have recommended this company to many friends.
I can’t stand their billing system and they aren’t always easy to get ahold of. One time the guy on the phone called me honey and sweetie which is totally inappropriate. Good service though for the most part.
Do not go to their location, just call. I’ve never felt so awkward trying to inquire on if they could service my area. Walked in, No door bell and the office was littered with electronics. The person I spoke too could barely make a sound. …
Great service. Brooke helped me on a holiday weekend when they were closed. She fixed my problem over the phone. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Had an issue with slow internet speed. Service technician named Matt came out and was very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in resolving the issue (faulty router). Very happy customer. Would recommend ICI to anyone!

We’re getting this in September, and I’m giving it a 5 star because it’s probably the best we’re gonna get. Service sounds phenomenal though!!!
