Got approved online for a savings account but when I went to the bank to show my ID and deposit money they said that they can not allow me to open saving account due to a charge off with another bank over 4 years ago…I took time off my job to open this account that I was approved for and this is what happens! What a waste of time!!
Love this bank, my family and I have been going here for years with no problems. Sometimes they get busy and wait can be long, but overall nice employees and good bank with not too many fees.
I’ve been a member since 2009 and I can admit that their customer service every year gets worse. Also, if you need to speak to someone over the phone regarding your account you will be on hold for more than 30 mins. This bank needs to hire more staff.

If I wasn’t forced to open an account here (because of my job) I wouldn’t have. I’ve been with them 10 years and get no help with loans. When card was hacked they helped with nothing. All other banks do everything they can to help but not investex. I’d recommend anyone but these people. They do not care at all about customer service
