Absolutely the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with. They charge you $5 to make your payment every month if dont use auto pay or mail a check. I’ve never had some charge me to make my loan payment until now. CROOKS!

Great company to work with. I’ve had 2 mortgages through IBMC and have never ran into any issues. When I have called with a question they have been kind and responsive. I highly recommend them.
