  1. Call center is so bad. Take 4 – 6 weeks to process POA (do not accept direct fax over) and agent who is in charge of the account says she would get back to us but never get back to us. Worst state department of revenue service ever.

  12. If you file quarterly you need to change your password every time. Even the call center people admit they have tons of calls and problems with this. I notified the director and the governors office over a year ago and no response from either. They should be sentenced to have to use this pathetic site.
