Tellers are always friendly and helpful but quick(which is appreciated). When my husband and I opened our accounts there, i felt like the new accounts manager took her time in making us feel welcomed as well as appreciative of our business.
I switch credit unions because my other one kept closing branches and it was making it very difficult.
I chose IQ because they are close and many of them around where I live. They are Wonderful to work with and Very Friendly. I give them a 5.
I love this branch! The employees are always so friendly. They open at a good time and even have a popcorn machine which makes it always smell great in there! There is also a coin counting machine for members which I use once a week.

Been super non helpful the last few times I been here “we can’t do anything about it here but you can online” what’s the point of having tellers that can’t help with your account? Starting to feel more like a bank having IQ and I got away from banks for a reason.

I’ve been a member for one year and also do banking through “shared banking”. There’s been a couple occurrences where tellers have transferred money from the wrong account.
