Have worked with IFAI for 15 years. They are professional, experienced, process applications & contracts quickly and are very easy to work with. They always have answers to my questions. They are an asset to the Commercial Truck Industry. 5 stars isn’t enough stars!
It’s impossible to get a hold of someone in customer service. Forget speaking to an actual person. They don’t even give you an option to leave a message. They just ask for you to email them then they hang up on you. I have also emailed like they ask with no reply. Beyond frustrating and quite rude.

Isuzu Finance is a pack of crooks. They apply 10% late surcharge on payments they deem as late. However, my electronic Bill Pay service documents that the payments have been made on time. It’s the old story of the “lockbox” retrieval date – total fraud. I do not recommend dealing with Isuzu Finance.
