Very poor customer service. Blaten liars. Tried to bill me for a year of services after I left them. The driver actually told dispatch that he has picked up every week. When I had there can I was every other week pick up at most. Dispatch is the worst person I had ever spoke with. Good luck.
I like it when they take a bag out of my can and throw it on the ground because my lid ain’t 100% closed, that’s very uncalled for an unprofessional if you ask me especially when I pay for the service. Then they tell you got to buy a Kimble bag that don’t exist.

Two weeks in a row they’ve failed to pickup trash. Going to “try” to get it next week. No refund. No discount. Will be finding somebody else ASAP.
