3 weeks of no service resulting in 3 weeks of garbage piled up at our business. Daily phone calls to them with promises to follow up and no result.
The compactor repair technician was very knowledgable and polite and did an excellent job fixing my compactor. We couldn’t afford to be down and he went the extra mile to make things right.
They did damage to my office and refused to repair it. The cost was around $2000 for the repairs. They basically said they simply weren’t paying for it. They admit they did the damage, but refuse to take any responsibility financially. They are the xfinity/comcast of the waste removal business.
I can’t wait to find another waste service for my business. Any time I request an extra pickup, they always say that they will be there on a certain date and have yet to pick up when they scheduled. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
