Place is a Joke!!!! Apparently can not understand do not call the Police when alarm goes off!!! So guess what I get hit with theses fee’s that these clowns wont pay. Why would they? There quality of equipment pretty much sums it up. You would get better service in a Prison shower. F this place
I went in to J R’s to ask a question about a problem I was having with my current security system (not J R’s) hoping to do a self fix saving a service fee the large Corporate company I use would charge. Kevin was more than helpful and was able to help me. Go locale! you can not beat the one on one, face to face service.
