If I can give it 0 stars I would. The fact that they literally won’t give you your money because you’re missing your second last name is ridiculous. I had my bank on the phone as well. Literally showing them my online banking. What a joke of a bank.
I actually love this place the people are super nice, knowledgeable and friendly.They are the reason I keep going back. My only real complaint is their hours on google are often wrong. They don’t update for special hours or training days, weird for a bank. Also the security guard is alway unbelievably rude.

You are better off going to another Credit Union or ATM if you are with a co-op credit union. This is the 2nd time I have been there and the 2nd time I was not able to withdraw or deposit my money due to a crazy reason which even my credit union found odd. Last time going here, over it.

Bad customer service, they asked me to re-count my own cash to verify the amount, isn’t that your job? Everyone always has a bad attitude especially with shared branch members. I walked in and they asked me to go back outside to wait for 5 minutes even though no one was in line.
Not the friendliest of people, make you fill out forms outside, but quick and convenient when your bank isn’t near by, also the security guard was leaning on his car texting when I first pulled in
