Just made a phone call requesting some information and was not only greeted very rude by the receptionist, but also by the “Supervisor”. Answering a question even if unable to give the info requested should not require an attitude. Two thumbs down for the first impression.
They send me about 5 pieces of mail every week and try to make them look like tax documents or notices from my lender. I won’t try the service because I don’t like the predatory marketing practices.
