Service is intermittent nearly every day, and is slow when it does work. The bill arrives on the 5th, is due by the 15th, and if not paid by the 25th they cut off service and charge a $40 reconnect fee.

Had problems with our internet on a weekend and Dave Schraer showed up timely and was very professional. He had our service up and running in a matter of minutes and showed us how to get everything back up and running on our televisions. He took the time to show us our Meg Speed was working fine.
