  1. I had surgery on Tuesday and it went really well. Everyone that I came in contact with treated me like they truly cared and were concerned. Dr. Butler and his whole surgical team gave me awesome care. I was really nervous about the surgery …

  2. I don’t like the fact that if someone has a loved one admitted, the hospital does not inform their emergency contact 😡. (this has happened on SEVERAL OCCASIONS that I have personally experienced) …

  3. Watch out for extra charges here.this is the only place I encountered that gives a physician bill that costs literally over five times the medical bill. Rediculous. I will never come here again. Plus that physician bill comes about three to four months after the medical bill.

  4. This place needs to be shut down. They showed no empathy, over medicated my mom. They put her on doses of meds not even the FDA nor the maker of the drug recommend. Please do not send your loved ones to this place.

  5. Their was feces and urine on the bed, I requested to change to another room and the nurse said if you don’t like it, there’s the door!! Absolutely unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the health department!! I am absolutely disgusted!!

  6. Racially bias. Unfair employee practices. Admin is not equipt with the know how to properly run a hospital JD ihas great nurses and staff but if you are blackbyou are unfairly treated and have to jump thru whoops to be respected. You are condemned without having a chance to probe you guilt or innocence in any area. .

  9. I went there to seek outpatient mental health. I’ve have now been sitting here for 13 hrs against my will, and the Dr is recommending me go to inpatient care when I have shown them nothing but respect and been completely calm. They are also …

  10. This is by far the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. Tried to have my child tested for covid and was sent all around the hospital by the staff and then told to wait in the ambulance bay (while it rained)which we did for over an hour before …

  11. I had a wound on my head and it did not stop bleeding like they said it did. I waited for 4 hours for the doctor to almost send me home with an open wound because he “knew he missed a stitch” he was rude and I knew he would not do it …

  12. If I could give no stars I would my mother’s oxygen level was 78 they sent her home. I called back hours later my mother could not breathe. The nurse said I really have to go. No help what so ever don’t go to this hospital if you need help. …

  13. I had a er visit with chest pains and bp 192 over 115. They gave me 2 nitros and gi cocktail and sent me home. Before that I could hear the dr and nurses talking about me at the desk. Saying there was nothing wrong because I had a history …

  23. Everyone is given pretty much the same diagnosis without any testing. You either have cellulitis or a UTI. The staff can’t be bothered to really check you out. The few DRs and nurses that do take the time are from other hospitals but even …

  27. Jeff Davis is a small-town hospital with all the comforts and attention you would expect if a hospital was run by your family. Every Nurse, Nursing Assistant, Lab tech, (and others I don’t know the titles for) went above and beyond to make …

  28. The nurses was really nice and sweet …. Got there bout 1 something and was out a little after 2…. Even though I did have strep throat but they said I had upper respiratory infection …. Like last time when I went … I loved how the doctor …

  29. My son was brought in via ambulance due to a dislocated elbow at a wrestling tournament. The ER doc & nursing staff were great! They kept us informed and allowed us to be supportive for our son the entire time. The orthopedic said they did a great job getting his elbow back into proper alignment.
