I live in a rental unit and I have never had service with them.. I called to get service and they won’t give me service until the tenants that lived here before calls and cancels their service plus pays their bill..Now if they didn’t pay it …

Horrible customer service talks to people like they are 5 and they dont notify you when there is a payment problem they just let you go untill your internet is shut off then try to charge a lump sum

Always has helped me with my issues and fast billing and payments as well. Internet has always been fast and reliable with small down time along with cable package.
We only have the options of frontier and Jefferson county cable.
They are a million times better than frontier

Basically, they have a monopoly on their lines. It’s ridiculous! They are the only option. Internet goes in and out and hey are so pricey for all the more you get. We pay $90 a month for internet only. It’s not even unlimited.

i had both xfinity and jcc. and i always had bad experience with xfinity. never had a issue with JCC. better priced and never had issues with outages or anything. im sad where im moving jcc doesnt service

Only internet option where I live near Smithfield. It is better than Frontier that goes out all the time, but 3 mbps is very slow for broadband internet in the US. If they could match Speeds as most broadband internet’s such as Xfinity or Horizon, it could be a 5 star, but I do not see it happening for a long time.
Good price for the service. As good as it gets in Toronto. Still slow Internet speeds by modern standards. Gave 5 stars because I feel like locals only rate when they’re mad.
I cannot say enough good things about this cable company, not only are they always so helpful with any issues, EVERY TIME I call in to pay my bill they are so pleasant. I would recommend them 100 times over. If you do not have Jefferson County Cable you simply do not have the best.

I moved and cancelled my service in October. They told me everything was paid up when i dropped the equipment off. December came and i get a bill for November at my new residence. I called them and they told me that i owe it even though when you start service you pay a month ahead. I wouldnt reccomend them to anyone.
