Super Rude and lacking customer service. No regard to people that relocate and not helpful in seeing up new accounts. They also hang up on you when claiming to transfer you and his behind bogus unheard of rules.
I don’t understand how I can go to town pay my bill and be home in 15 minutes. But takes half a day to get my power cut back on. Not to mention it being a 100 degrees out. What in the world?

Just started my pre paid service, great service from when I walked in. The cashier and clerk was very nice respectful and courteous. They’ll work with you on payment if you can’t afford the regular credited check service. Thank you a Mrs Rhonda for your time
No company is perfect, my experience was a good experience. My only gripe is that the summer months jump up to almost $300, but winter I was down in the $40s. All in all, I can’t really complain, I never had to be disconnected, so I never experience rude customer service that I can recall in 5 years.

I had this company for 3 1/2 years and never had my lights cut off. When ever I need help they were always helpful.
