Worst company ever
Terrible, I wish I have a choice.
Poor water quality, high price , Bad attitude!!!!!!!!
Dealing with JWSD has been a reoccurring nightmare for me and my family.
Not the best. Website stuck in the stone age. No after hours number to call for issues?? What a joke!!!
Great example of why competition is so critical. Miserable customer service. You might find better but you won’t pay more.
I like that we pay 3 times the price of Columbus City water but getting 10 times lower water quality. Calcium build up everywhere. Water is so hard you can cut diamond with it.
The two timed I’ve been in their office the staff were a little slow to pick up on what I needed done. Their water is VERY calcium rich, so calcium deposits everywhere like crazy. Not to mention that the water smells funny…
Worst water company ever. Super expensive and terrible water quality
They are very expensive the minimum amount I pay for water is 69.91 and up even I don’t use any water the whole month. I should have considered this before I bought a house in this district. I have friends near by and they pay for water based on how much water they use a lot cheaper amount.
Website doesn’t work, no auto pay options, horrible water had to buy a water softener in my new house. Want something done? You have to visit the office because they’re too incompetent over the phone. Just a heads up of what you’re getting into
Can’t setup auto pay without u taking off work, occasionally send us threats to shutoff our water unless we have work done at our house, require multiple annual certifications and inspections I have to pay for which requires me to take off …
Absolutely worst water company ever! Poor water quality, poor service.
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The water quality supplied it terrible. Their $50 late fee is insane considering that is almost the cost of your whole bill (although when I have forgotten to pay it before they waived it once or twice). …
As if their water and sewer service wasn’t expensive enough, I had to get a professionally installed water softener to save myself from buying replacement appliances every few years. They’ve recently been asking for everyone to pay for a …
We moved from Gahanna and the water quality is basically the same as Gahanna’s. Yes, the water is hard but most municipalities have the same issue. …
Water stops working randomly, all calls go to a full mailbox. Awful company.
Horrible! The water is extremely hard and quality OVER 500 PPM which is extremely high! You will need a water softener for sure. …
The water quality is below average compared to other places I have lived in Columbus, but the most frustrating thing is the website. This is in need of a complete overhaul as there rational way to set up autopay and it’s very frustrating. …
Water is almost always totally disgusting and sometimes brown. Our drinking water goes through a softener, a reverse osmosis filtering system, and a refrigerator filter. It’s treated 3 times after it comes into the house and still grosses …
I have filed a civil suit against Jefferson Water and Sewer for continuing to violate rule 4901:1-13-06 Provision of customer rights and obligations and unfair practices. I encourage anyone else who has been unfairly treated to reach out to me.
