Jemez has the most power outages I’ve ever seen. We can’t properly work from home when the power goes out every 5 seconds. They blame it on the transformers but if that’s the case they seriously need to upgrade.I wish there was another electric company!
Worst business in northern nm. They do as little work as possibke and have constant outages. On top of it they charge a ridiculous rate for their services. They have no problem asking for their money but have a big issue adressing their electric outages and no one answering their phones.

40 years of service in Jemez Springs area. Difficult conditions & situations for the linemen who work hard to restore service as soon as humanly possible. I have loved my years here. Grateful to have electricity at all in this beautiful, remote area of the state.

The only thing electric about this company is in its name. Power is hardly ever operational. If you have to live in an area where Jemez provides service, buy a generator instead because It’d probably be more reliable. Nonetheless, make sure to invite Jemez Electric to your funeral to ensure they let you down one last time.

Front desk lady is awesome and everyone else is awesome . The engineer is giving me a hard time to setup my service . I have no idea why.
