I am having a bad experience as a new customer and would like to cancel and get a refund. They are not picking up my garbage and they do not return phone calls. Do not use this service. It is very frustrating and the service is poor.
My trash wasn’t picked up . I called the office, and I was subsequently told I didn’t pay my bill. Funny part is I paid with a check and my bank account shows Jochum’s cashed the check. Clearly this company can’t keep track of it’s receivables and lacks a competent staff / owner.

Excellent service. Equipment appears clean and in good condition. Employees are friendly, neat and dressed professionally. Always on time, and there are only 2 holidays that they do not pickup on a regular schedule. And if your scheduled pick is not Thanksgiving(Thursday ) there’s only 1 day. Price is very reasonable as well!!
I missed a pick up this morning. I called to discuss. A very nice professional lady answered the phone and sent her crew up to my residence within a few hours. The crew also took my old Christmas Tree. No issues – ever! Very pleased. Plus their pricing.
