John Hancock Center Reviews ( 250 )

  1. It’s a quite nice place to visit. But avoid the foggy days. Still you can see the marvelous views of Chicago, but incomplete. We visited the bar at the top of the building, and the service and prices are decent. If you prefer the window seats, you need to wait some time but worthy of it.

  2. A friend recommended me to visit the John Hancock building but to go to the bar instead of buying tickets to bypass the line. When we got there, the line to get into the elevator wasn’t too bad (compared to Skydeck later on) and we were up …

  3. Great views of Chicago which a large area to move around in. We used the City Pass to get to the top which saved us about 35 minutes in queues to get up there which made the pass all the better. The real problem was getting back down as …

  4. Staff are very friendly!! In my opinion this has a better view than Seers Tower, and has a bar experience. My friends enjoyed the views, aswell as the experience especially with being in Burj Khalifa in the past

  5. The bar area is nice, drinks are $$$ ( over priced in my opinion). Views are great! Can get really busy. The observation part is $22 a person if not a resident of Chicago.

  6. The tilt at the top of the tower in 360 Chicago was impressive. The views from here are breathtaking. On top of that, the elevators are incredibly fast. There is also a bar and a small restaurant on the top with views of the entire city

  7. Sears* may be taller, but the Hancock has way shorter lines and a better view.
I guess on a clear day you can see Wisconsin from the Sears* but if I wanted to see Wisconsin I’d go there. …

  8. There’s a great selection of restaurants such as Cheesecake Factory under the building. There are also many nice touches throughout the main lobby of the building and the views from the sky bar and observation decks are incredible. It …

  9. Great way to see Chicago. You get a better view of the Gold Coast from the Hancock Tower than you do the Willis Tower. I admire the architecture of the Hancock Tower as well… unique and immediately recognizable as a symbol of Chicago. The …

  10. Views are incredible. Prices are high and attention to detail is lacking but not enough to ruin the expirience. The staff is typically always busy allowing a bit of a disappointment to the visit, but overall great spot.

  11. Scenic views from the 94th and 95th floor. Fine dining on the 94th, more of a cocktail lounge on the 95th. Signature cocktails, much of the foods available that’s served on the 94th floor. Sunsets are a must.

  12. Lounge on 96 was great. We were lucky enough to get there before the sunset and have a window table open. Fantastic view! Even with the place packed, service was timely and friendly. More

  13. If you want to see the whole of Chicago in the lesser time, this is the place. Can see the skyline and the beautiful city. A good place for a dinner date.

  14. On clear day, you can see forever. We purchased the tickets that included a bar beverage. Cocktails were pleasing, beer and wine also available. The wait in line was quite long, as it was a beautiful day – and people were lining up to see the sunset. A satisfying experience.

  15. I was told to just go to the signature lounge and I was told right. If you go to the signature lounge to have cocktails you don’t pay an entrance fee and you get to see Chicago from 96 floors up. I didn’t pay to go to the observation deck, but the cocktail lounge was well worth the $15 drinks and appetizers.

  16. I loved this place. It is cheaper than Willis Tower, less waiting time to reach to the elevator and you can enjoy the beauty of Chicago with is shoreline from all the angles. It also has bar Cafe. Tilt window experience is also one of the …

  17. We had a really great experience here seeing the city skyline from so high up. If you’re going, the Tilt! program is WORTH IT! It really is a fun experience and one of the best parts of my visit to Chicago

  18. As you already know, its a down town attraction, and like anything down town be ready to use public transportation, taxi/uber your way the building or be ready to pay upwards of $40 in parking as the activities like the signature room and …

  19. If you haven’t been there, the view is worth this 25 dollars, movement experience cost additionally 8 dollars.
I recommend it only for people with strong nerves, the glass wall and floor are …

  20. Nice place. Observatory is under renovation so seating for sunset is limited. Word of advise have a few drinks before arriving bar is not really a bar here. Just some can and bottle beer. Can margarita and bottle wine. Also a bar tender …

  21. So much fun seeing the city from the top of the building. I went early and had no wait to get in. There was a fun interactive ride where you hold on to the windows and they extend out of the building. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re afraid of heights

  22. Got the cocktail and view. Decent price and spectacular views. We got there just as it was getting dark to get the day and night views.

  23. Cocktails on top of the world. For how popular and busy the lounge on the 96th floor was, they worked hard to accommodate and for all visitors to enjoy the sights and atmosphere. More

  24. I think I like this better than the Willis Tower. It’s a lot less crowded and there is a bar with seating and couches. And you get a better view of the lake. Because it is lower, the view is less like a map and you see the buildings more clearly.

  25. Very well kept building and easy access from the street. With retail space on the bottom floor consisting of BestBuy electronic store and The North Face retail space. The main attraction is seeing the 360 observation deck on the 94th floor …

  26. I had the best time at John Hancock Center Shopping! There are pop up boutiques, alongside some of my favorite shops! I can Never go wrong with White House Black Market! The sale in this store was most rewarding. The service at the Victoria …

  27. Great place to visit. Car parking, shopping mall, observation deck, high level cocktail lounge and restaurant…… Plenty to see and do! Definitely worth a visit or even 2 or 3 visits. Great views from the observation deck and …

  28. This was my last stop in Chicago and it was amazing!! It’s about $55 for the entrance, drink, and tilt. It was definitely worth it! You can spend as much time as you want up there. The drinks were just out of a can, so I had the Bacardi …

  29. Best view in Chicago! It’s a wonderful experience all around. I’ve been to the Willis (Sears) tower and this one many times, but I always enjoy this one more. You can get close to the windows (which are always clean) and they have a walkway …

  30. Went to the bar on the 96th floor twice in the same week. The views are spectacular. The drinks are a bit pricey but that is ok because it doesn’t cost anything to go up there and the views make it worth it! There is a cool sphere art piece in the 1st floor lobby.

  31. I love the 360 at the John Hancock, and to be honest I think the view here is a lot better than the one at the Sears tower. The building is right next to the lake and you can see Chicago from a different perspective. …

  32. Great piece of Architecture …Built way back in 1950s when very little hi-tech equipments we’re available …amazing views of Downtown Chicago ..from 94th ….and hi-speed elevator takes just a minute to go up to 94th Floor But now it’s …

  33. We enjoyed great views from this observation deck and also tried “tilt”. The lineups weren’t too bad considering it was a holiday. Prices aren’t too bad either. We enjoyed a beer at the bar they have at the top of the tower too! A must try when in Chicago.

  34. This place does not need a review really. It’s just awesome. Quick tip is to go to the cocktail bar instead of the observatory and pay for a couple cocktails, sit and enjoy the view for a while rather than pay for the ticket upstairs. Although the seats may be limited next to the windows.

  35. Magnificent structure and architectural masterpiece standing tall with impressive views of the Windy City Chicago, you can see the whole Michigan Lake, Lake shore drive and the very famous brand street in the world – Michigan Avenue. …

  36. 360 is kinda fun, lots of coupons available. Super quick elevator, food and drink available up top. Great views of city. Informative touch screens set up for an interactive experience.

  37. What a view! It’s truly 360°Chicago. The lift took about 45 seconds and did not feel bad at all, only ears went locked few times. The best time to go is in a clear sunny day or evening, you can see miles and miles away. Some of us also …

  38. Spectacular views of Chicago! The wait was over an hour to get to the elevator, but in my opinion it was worth it. My advice is wear comfortable shoes..it will make the time standing and waiting more enjoyable.

  39. One of the coolest, least expensive experiences in Chicago. The Signature Room is fantastic. I suggest going right when they open, you will get an immediate seat. Drinks are spendy but the view is worth it. Spent an hour or two having a few drinks, was very cool experience.

  40. We loved Chicago 360. It is a great place to get sunset pictures of the city. There is a bar and ample place to sit and soak up the Chicago skyline. I would definitely recommend this over the Sears tower observation deck.

  41. Beautiful view. Awsome I would say. Espectacular view.
The ladies bathroom has the best view of Chicago.
Would recommend to go between 7-10 so you can appreciate the sun and the night.
The lobby is spectacular as well.

  42. One of the best experiences you can have in chicago. They have the tilt aspect of the observatory on a 94th floor of the Hancock. The elevator ride is Swift. They now have coffee and drinks and small plates of food you can have while up …

  43. The view is of course absolutely stunning. The tilted section takes up much of the view to the south. The elevators could have been a little more exciting and updated with screen and entertaining content.

  44. The visit to John Hancock Center brought me back to special memories while working at Bonwit Teller many years ago. Big move for a gal from the blue collar south side of Milwaukee. I thought I died and went to heaven. …

  45. This is the same as the 360 building, was a very beautiful building and the views were fantastic . Parking ramp was a little expensive but we just left it there all day to maximize the cost.

  46. Let’s start with the elevator! Never before have I experienced an elevator moving at 27mph/2 floors a second, and it was awesome! Now the view in the sky lounge is the real treat! It has a view of the entire city and at night it’s almost …

  47. This place was beautiful! I did the 360 Chicago and got to see it all at night!! What a wonderful view!! After doing that, I went to the bar on the 96th floor and got to chill out and overlook the city skyline!! What an experience!!!

  48. Another one of my GO TO PLACES when I have guests come into Chi-Town! Go to the bar, have a snack and a drink and enjoy the amazing view. Yes drinks are expensive but the pics you will get from here will knock your pants off! Plus the observatory is expensive and you dont get a drink in the ticket price!

  49. Went there during Polar vortex. 360 Chicago is one of the best places in downtown to get a bird’s eye view of the Chicago skyline. And they are always very friendly to photographers – they allow tripods on Mondays.
I just love to visit there and photograph the skyline from high up.

  50. Going up at night was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. It was just one of those moments in life I don’t think I will forget in a million years. The view was spectacular and the people were nice and kind to us. Really can’t go wrong going here.

  51. Pretty cool place. Lots to read and learn, along with stations set up to look at and read about. We did the Tilt which was alright. I thought we would lean over a little more than we did but wasn’t bad. I enjoy the views being up so high.

  52. I got the 360 Chicago All Access pass and you should too. You go up 94 floors in 40 seconds and get views like these. It also included the TILT experience where you’re tilted over these views and a free drink at Bar 94. I got that Apple Jollyrancher and it was 1 of the best drinks I’ve had in a while. You should go.

  53. Went to the building to eat at the Signature room. Parking was $20 through SpotHero. Very easy to use scan in and that’s it no tickets just drive out. It recognized our car. If you want lots of space park on the route going down.

  54. Came here with a go city pass which offer a quick line and it was a joke. Not so much quick. Line was queued long at photo spot I went to the quick ask politely if go city pass holder can line here and skip the photo. She gave a strong …

  55. As a tourist I loved it, the day we went there they were celebrating national Mexican month so they had few groups dancing and singing, also few vendors with Mexican food and handmade shirts and stuff liked that. …

  56. Worth the price to go to 360 view. I have been to the Sears Tower…okay Wills Tower and they are about the same. Maybe view is a little better from Hancock. I did not do the tilt. Had a cup of coffee from the bar. Overall a nice experience.

  57. The workers here were so friendly and a cherry on top to the incredible view. It is family friendly and is something I would recommend to hundreds. Definitely worth seeing when you visit.

  58. Woww.. That’s an example for the fancy places in Chicago
You will enjoy a very fascinating view
They do not have food on the top but you can get some drinks

  59. Carpet is dated. Southwest side had poor air circulation, and the warmth was uncomfortable. It felt like a tourist trap: crowded and noisy. Left without ordering.

  60. pricey to go to the top, but worth it for the amazing photos! you can buy a ticket to go up for about $25 or you can get a drink ticket for $29 which includes admission to the observation level and a beer/wine/cocktail.

  61. This was a very unexpected place to visit. It was nice and there was nobody at the place. Yet I was able to look around she ask look very beautiful. We’re coming back next time we visit Chicago. More

  62. I’d say this place has the best “above Chicago” views in the city. Really great observation deck with displays that identify what buildings you’re looking at, as well as an open air area so you can get that real city experience. The gift …

  63. Amazing view… 100% … But the place definitely needs some updates. Is. Old outdated… And a bit smelly… Check the picture i took in 2006 and 2021… Same place. Still the service is as well not more the 3 stars… Location and view makes this place to still shine

  64. Great place for a drink and the views. Dont have to pay in just go up have a few drinks and look out the windows. A must if ur in the city, even if u just go for one drink. Kids will love it too

  65. A must go place. The tower itself is a beauty. I love the entrance foyer and the sky lounge is the best. The views are to die for from the lounge. You can sip in your favourite drinks while you sink in the views. It has a titling window attraction which is also worth the visit. If you have the time have dinner in the restaurant.

  66. Has restaurants and stores on the bottom few floors. I’ve personally never been to the restaurants at the bottom. The observation deck is on the 94th floor and is a little expensive but you can stay as long as you want and the views are …

  67. Definitely a must see. Amazing views of the city like no other. A lot of cool information and history about the building. Little ice cream shop up there with some couches and chairs to take in the views. A little bar area was nice also. Ice cream for the kids, cocktails for the adults!!! Great day trip. Easy park, easy trip to the top.

  68. Interesting place to visit. The tilt room was definitely not for me but definitely an adrenaline rush for the people doing it. The elevator was really fast but you didn’t feel a thing.

  69. Citzens of Chicago can go up at a discounted rate. We went at 4pm in Feb and it was perfect timing. The sun was setting in the city and provided a beautiful view. They have a bar and plenty of seating around the entire perimeter. They have the Tilt exhibit for an addition $8, but it didn’t seem worth it to me

  70. The restaurant is nice. The lounge is kind of gross. The tables are rough and sticky. All the chairs and people are squeezed so close together the chairs lean in. The service was eh ok. The deserts were great! Obviously the views are spectacular

  71. If you’re traveling downtown- it’s central location makes it great for parking. The lobby is a photo stop on its own! Little Secret- no need to pay to go to observatory. Take the elevator to the 96th floor. There is a casual …

  72. The Chicago 360 is definitely a cool attraction however I have learned in my frequent visits to this awesome location that it’s best at night so don’t be afraid to show up just before dark. It may be some of the best pictures you ever …

  73. One of the tallest buildings in Chicago with spectacular views of the skyline. The observation deck also has the Tilt feature where you can pay to be “tilted” over the edge. A few good shops at the bottom of the center including Starbucks, Benihana, The Cheese factor, Best Buy and the North face.

  74. If you want to look at the beauty of the Chicago downtown, you have to visit Hancock tower. I went to the Hancock tower at night and the view was breathtaking. You can see the twilight on one side and a night on the other side. The building …

  75. Conquered my fears. Rode 94 floors and it was well worth it. The views are amazing. We got the drink/view tickets for $27.00. Price is great for a drink, view and experience. Highly recommend going at sunset so you can see the city skyline change.

  76. It was a mesmerizing experience, it was quite gloomy the day we went on the top but still got good view, I would recommend to go on a bright sunny day so once can see the horizon. I wish there was a glass elevator to go on the top. There is a skywalk area on top where you can get fresh air which I really enjoyed.

  77. Comfortable and no wait. That said, City Pass does not get you the tilt. The tilt attraction is 8 dollars pp. Looks scary but we didnt do it because the of the lack of customer service. The bar had good service and unique drinks.

  78. Great view of the city! Awesome place to grab a drink and watch the sunset. We thought we the price was reasonable (we were tourists) and the new was just stunning. We paid extra to do the “tilt”, using hydrolics they tilt you out over the …

  79. It’s a cool experience, but if you’ve experienced the Sears Tower you’re not missing much (unless you pay for the Tilt ride, which I did not do.)

  80. Very cool place to check out. The tilt ride was not as scary as I thought it’d be. Definitely worth trying once. The observation deck was cool. Got a lot of good city pictures.

  81. We got to visit yesterday, great experience- line was shorter than expected which is good and the floor was not as crowded as it could have been. View of course was stunning. …

  82. Not really sure how to rate this since we are still trying to get our photos from our visit. Customer service is terrible! The Tilt experience itself is unique and the views gorgeous. If we could get the photo issue resolved, preferably with the actual photos, I may change my rating. A lot of money for zero response.

  83. Definitely over rated. Arrived before dinner. The wings and 2 drinks I ordered weren’t that great The liquor they served is on the lower quality end. Not worth the money. Definitely worth the view and I think every should experience it …

  84. Love.
Layout is amazing with absolutely amazing history on displayed. The views are spectacular and the staff is friendly enough. They can be a little more open than …

  85. Awesome place for the best views of the city. Tip: research before the sunset hour, then you get day and night views. Also be prepared for long line to get off the tower as only one elevator operates to get the crowd down.

  86. The 100-story engineering marvel, the breathtaking views of the city from the top, and the world’s fastest elevators, which can transport people from the ground floor to the 95th floor in forty seconds! Also housed in this skyscraper is …

  87. An incredible place to visit, with sweeping views of Chicago (if you’re comfortable looking out of the window so high up!). We visited for an evening beverage, and accidentally made reservations for the restaurant (Room instead of Lounge). …

  88. One of the most spectacular view of Chicago. Incredible!
The Tilt is a little bit of a thrill but nothing mad, I wouldn’t give it 5 stars and wouldn’t do it again, it is fun but that’s about it.

  89. One of the finest parts of Chicago. The surroundings are filled up with great architecture like the water works and gothic style architecture. Best buy is in the building with great purchase options, as well as Macy’s. Also the cheesecake …

  90. Loved the view from the 94th floor. The 360 Chicago attraction was part of the citypass that I bought for our family outing. The view was exhilarating, breathtaking and beautiful. Loved how we could see both city and lake views. I would highly recommend this attraction if visiting the city.

  91. Arguably the best view in the city since it includes the taller Willis Tower. I think it is a mandatory stop on a visit to Chicago if there is good visibility. The views are phenomenal.

  92. Fantastic 360 views of downtown and beyond! And it really is something special being all the way up there and watching the sunset. It truly is magical seeing all the buildings lite up in the dark.

  93. The observation deck is a better option than Sears as you will not be able to differentiate how high you are, less crowded, great view of Lake Michigan, good bar on and restaurant to sit around for a while. …

  94. Resident’s rate at 8 dollars is a good rate but 22 for out of state is a tad much. The view is good. I’ve been to majority of the towers around the world so the tilt is an unique option to add for additional $ but as far as things to do, …

  95. Great views of the city and Great Lake, good drinks and food fine dining, and the atmosphere for electric and comfortable .. the service was awesome too More

  96. I got lucky being up at the observation bar/deck when a storm hit. It was incredible. But there will always be great Chicago views from up there. Check it out for sure.

  97. I always try to hit Signature Lounge whenever I go to Chicago. One of the best and cheapest place to see the view of Chicago downtown and the Michigan lake. I simply order drinks, snacks, and enjoy the view. It’s a great place to chill after walking down Magnificent Mile. For ladies, don’t forget to check out the ladies restroom 😊 …

  98. A must for tourists. Totally worth the tickets and wait. I just wish the elevator was exposed like in CIN tower in Toronto. While you’re going up you don’t see anything. Now with covid, seating at the Cafe is limited, especially if you want a window spot, you’ve got to be quick.

  99. Visited last week of August and were able to walk straight in, zero queue.
Views were superb and as there were not many people we had unobstructed views and felt no pressure and had time to relax. …

  100. Commanding views of Chicago and Lake Michigan like no other. Forget sears tower, and don’t bother paying for the observation floor, make a reservation for dinner or have a drink at the bar. The food and drink are pricey (my mediocre …

  102. It is the first place we visited(we came from Greece), we just arrived in Chicago! We are so impressed with the magnificent view of Chicago from the 96th floor of the John Hancock Center in downtown Chicago. Located in the heart of downtown …

  103. If you are visiting Chicago, you should either checkout 360 Chicago or Skydeck Chicago.
Due to covid, we didn’t get ticket for Skydeck, so we went to 360. …

  104. I love Hancock tower a lot. It looks like building from a Star Wars in a way )) 360 degree views are stunning. Plus they have a bar where you can get a drink . And on top of that special attraction: inclining windows for all brave souls who …

  105. Top of Chicago!!!!! Tilt was a cool little thrill ride that has most people freaking out, but this NOLA girl loved it!!! The views are exquisite! Lake Michigan, Downtown, every view of the city available. This was truly spectacular to see.

  106. My girlfriend and I absolutely loved it. It was totally worth the tickets and was basically no wait. Great view of the city. I also highly recommend the tilt. I loved it and gave a bit of a rush. The workers did a great job of sanitizing …

  107. I really like the Hancock Building as one of my go to places to visit in Chicago, or to take first time visitors there. The views of the city are fantastic and the bar is also great. This is actually one of the ways to do it on the cheap – …

  108. How can you beat the views this place offers??!! It is the BEST viee of my fav city! On a clear day, you can states away! Even on a cloudy day, it is still beautiful! My daughters love watching the planes and helicopters fly beneath us! …

  109. Amazing experience. They sanitized the handles after every person. A must see. We only learned about this place because Willis Tower was closed because of Covid-19 but 360 has better views from what I’ve heard. Must must must see, you won’t …

  110. If you like to have a good view of the city then this is the right place for you. You can have an amazing view of the city and lake. I recommend to come a little before of sunset where you can see a different lights from the city until the sky.

  111. Breathtaking views at the Signature Lounge. Perfect place for some drinks and taking in a very nice scenic view. It gives a different perspective from the Sears Tower, and you can see it from here without the ticket price! …

  112. The rooftop bar is ok but it seems more an extra to the rest of the activities available on the 94th floor. The views of Chicago are amazing but I would just go there for it, without any drink or other activities More

  113. Great building for tourist. Careful of the vagrants surrounding the area at night! WOMEN DO NOT WALK ALONE AT NIGHT. And pay attention you will be robbed if your head is buried in you cell phone.

  114. Let’s start with the bottom of the building, upon entering they have a small walkthrough museum that tells the history of neighborhoods in Chicago. As someone who loves to study neighborhood history and the changes over the years, this was …

  115. Very good observation platform that provides a different perspective from the Sears Tower. I do like the view here more since it is right by the Magnificent Mile and ckoser to the coast. It is more spacious than the Sear Tower deck and …

  116. Wonderful views of the Chicago city and Lake Michigan. It is definitely a huge lake with the other end nowhere in sight. The tilt was ok. Could have been better if the angle was more. It’s location and views seem better than skydeck More

  117. We’ve been both here and at the Willis Tower observation deck. John Hancock’s 360 is overrated – no real organizing for when there are more than 30 people watching the sunset, and they’re greedy for the “expedited” prices with absolutely …

  118. Can’t get tired of watching this building over and over…
Lucky me I can do it in a daily basis…
The view from the restaurant on the top floor is awesome…
And also from the ground up…

  119. Great views of the entire city to include Lake Michigan. Nice little bar and gift shop as well. 94 floors up is pretty cool and give Tilt a shot if you think your up for it. More

  120. If you have a chance, the 54th floor cocktail lounge is extraordinary. Some impressive views of Chicago skyline and they also offer small bites. It was quite crowded so we did have to wait about 10 minutes to go up but I appreciated there was tight security.

  121. This was my first time ever in Chicago and I spent a lot of money to just look at clouds. I wish they would’ve told me to come back later because there was no visibility when we visited and we couldn’t see anything. We paid $70 and I …

  122. Go the the lounge on the 96th. floor. You will see the entire city and you can have a drink and some light plates. Very good for date night. The Signature Room Restaurant is also great. Amongst the best in the city. There’s a reason many proposal happen there.

  123. The 360 Observation room has a great view of the city at night! The bar staff is super friendly and helpful. If you have the chance to go at night, I highly recommend it. …

  124. GREAT VIEWS!! Love the tilt attraction!! Only downside is the price. 30 bux just to see view! 35 for view and tilt or view with drink. 40 for view with drink and tilt. Probably the going rate here, but lot of money for a view. Something to say you did though! Tilt wasn’t as scary as it looks!

  126. Ohhhhh man the view of Chicago from 94 floors in the air is breathtaking!! They also have a ride they call the tilt. They tilt you over the city and it’s crazy. Loved having gelato and enjoying the view!!!!

  127. Amazing bar. Tasty drinks and a killer view. Watched rain come and go while drinking with friends. The whole floor of the bar was wrapped with rain clouds. As the view cleared the world came back. Would recommend the experience.

  129. Great way to truly experience the city and see all of the sights! It felt like you were actually going on a ride with the process of going through the elevators and taking pictures. The views were amazing! So glad we made time to do this.

  130. This place made for a great end to our 1 year anniversary celebration. Macy was super helpful in assisting us and it made the night! The view was incredible and the atmosphere was nice and relaxing in the lounge. Would definitely recommend.

  131. Finding parking was a nightmare, but that was expected with it being downtown Chicago in the early evening, but I feel like the tilt was not all that amazing. It was not as though there was anything very picturesque about the view where …

  132. Well the view from top obviously is great but it’s more of the experience of the ledge that needs to be experienced.
Make sure it weather is good with clear sky before planning for it. More

  133. The 94th floor in this place is spectacular. It was so worth the money experiencing 360 obsetvation deck floor. The best part was taking part in the Tilt overglass on city side. I stand in font of a glass panel with vertical handle rails …

  134. Great views and great drinks! The masks are required while in the observatory. The atmosphere is calming and the views are breathtaking! The tilt made this experience 10x better! Very thrilling and worth doing!

  135. Downtown is so well kept and there is so much to do.

Got on a boat, went to the bean was just things to do every way you turned.

  136. I had the city pass and upgrading to the tilt was $8 each. The photo at the end was around $30 print only. We went on Halloween so we got to take a pic with Spider-Man at the top of the tower. No wait whatsoever. Overall, this was a great experience. More

  137. Had a drink at the restaurant on the 96th floor. Good soft drinks, nice beers and lots of different cocktails! Combined with the view you’ll have a good time for sure! More

  138. We were going to the Signature Room 95th. Floor and to start off the seating arraignments was very chaotic and had to move a couple times. The band was SOO loud , couldn’t even talk to my wife across the table. The food came out in courses …

  139. Beautiful Downtown Area decorated with Christmas decorations and lights, visitors we’re amazed with the beautiful skyline views from building 360 Chicago excellent views and amazing experience.

  140. First in Chicago for the National Restaurant Show that a friend invited me. We went up to the 360 Observatory floor. Breathtaking views of the city on a beautiful afternoon. Highly recommend this place. Afterwards dinner at the Benihana. More

  141. Very nice apartments in this building with great views. Residents have amenities on the 44th floor including a grocery store, gym, and swimming pool. The living rooms in the apartments are huge and the elevators take no time at all to go up to the desired floor.

  142. An iconic landmark/building in Chicago. Views from the restaurant/rooftop bar are stunning – over the city, Navy pier and much more. Rooftop working hours are limited to the end of the week. More

  143. I visited this place on 15th of August, with my brothers. It was the first tourist spot I visited in the US, and the experience – I’m going to cherish it forever. The Chicago 360 view made my speechless! Got GTA vibes all over. The window …

  144. This is one of the top attractions in Chicago and after seeing these amazing views, I can see why! It is a beautiful site indeed! Didn’t rate it 5 stars for only one reason and that is because they decided to call it “Chicago’s largest …

  145. Great view of the city. A long wait, felt like they needed more information or little exhibits to see while waiting. The guilt was cleaned between uses and well ran. The line to get back down moved pretty quick. It was expensive and a long wait for what it was.

  146. Our visit to the JOHN HANCOCK building (pry that name from my cold, dead lips) was fantastic. The observation deck is outstanding and social distancing procedures ensured that there was plenty of room to move around safely. …

  147. Have Always Loved the Observation Floor at the John Hancock Building, always sad when they rename favorite places. The Tilt was awesome! The “outdoor” (screened Observation Area) was very cool, literally & figuratively!

  148. Hosted a Wedding Rehearsal as the DJ on the 95th Floor Signature Room and this is breathtaking! To say this space is a top choice for any intimate event is an understatement. From amazing food, 5 star service, to unparalleled views 95 …

  149. We only went to watch the sunset over the skyline and it was absolutely breathtaking. Hands down the best view of the city. We enjoyed a snack at the bar and had some drinks, which were both fantastic, while soaking in that view. The BEST …

  150. What a gorgeous place to enjoy a cocktail and marvel at the beauty of Chicago. Simply breathtaking. It’s hard to get into the observation area, so plan accordingly. Make sure you visit the women’s restroom for the most amazing views with floor to ceiling windows right outside the stall. More

  151. My second favorite building in Chicago. It wasn’t cloudy this day and got the chance to go to the top and look above the city. I didn’t ride the tilt but my kids did and they loved it. Very famous build that is a must to checkout if your into buildings.

  152. This is of course the John Hancock building. I visited the Sears Tower or Willis Tower if you like, but I think the Hancock building offers a better experience. At the base there is a cheesecake factory restaurant, and a few other things, …

  153. It was really nice and like many comments said, the women’s bathroom has the best view😆 The dining area (95th floor) doesn’t have the greatest view because it’s mainly all water but the lounge area(96th floor) has a really nice view. The …

  154. This is a unique experience and you can see all the city from here. I do not like heights that much so I did not go for the tilt but it can be quite the adrenaline shot!! I saw one person walk away!! …

  155. Got to experience 360 Chicago here as well as parked here. Excellent experience all around! It was easy to access for parking, and 360 Chicago was so fun. Definitely recommend. It’s also in walking distance from so many other attractions.

  156. Great place for rooftop drinks, appetizers and world class chicago views. Careful on the drinks – they require everyone to order a drink which can cost around 10-30 dollars per person. But the servers do a great job despite being packed. Bring your special someone for a memorable date. Also when packed it gets noisy More

  157. If you’re in Chicago, it’s worth a visit. The bottom floor houses some additional businesses, including The Cheesecake Factory. Once you arrive on the observation deck, you can spend as much time as you like viewing 360 degree views of the …

  158. We did the 360 Chicago view. They only have one elevator so it takes a very long time to get up to the observation area. We also did the tilt.
The tilt was a lot of fun. Recommend you give yourself plenty of time to do this …
