These people show up at ridiculous hours in the morning, like 4am. They are loud, over charge and are unreachable by phone. One driver woke up my kid at 330 am and laughed at me when I asked why they were here.
Had a short turn around for a house clean out and John’s dumpster service was PERFECT! Came out on time, picked up on time.. everyone’s super nice and a great deal. Will use them for all my dumping needs.
have used johns on multiple occasions for large dumpsters and thier service has always been excellent. now I use them for residential trash pick-up and have only good experiences to report. Highly recommend this company
I live in Madison, and put two small bags of leaves/twigs in the bin (with one other household rubbish bag) and on two occasions they picked the two bags out, left them on my driveway and only took the household rubbish. They also occasionally missed weeks or would change days. Mistake to sign up with them.
was supposed to have a dumpster delivered today. by 3pm, no dumpster. after calling we were informed they were behind but it would arrive tonight. still a no show (it is 930). workers arrive tmrw am to begin demo, very disheartened and dissatisfied.
Make sure you read the fine prints on contract before you sign up. Even with the contracted price they still raise the monthly price for whatever their stupid excuses. You have to let them know two months ahead before contract expired if you don’t want to continue with them.
For the third time this year, they skipped out on picking up our recycles. Only this time the degenerate driver decided to drive around the block and selectively pick up the bins, completely bypassing our street and leaving 5 houses …
